1.) Take the phone off the hook. Looking on the bottom of the phone, unplug the ethernet cord marked LAN, from the back of the phone.
2.) Plug the cord back in.
3.) DO NOT touch any of the phone's buttons as it restarts, even though it may even ask you to!
Wait while it goes through various setup screens.
It may take a few minutes to complete the process and you will see your normal Casper College logo on the screen.
