(if changed and you can not remember, Call the Help Desk, 268-3648, for a Work Order to Don Lewis for password reset.

Reboot the non working phone

Unplug the LAN network cord from the plug marked LAN.  

Plug the LAN network cord back in.  

DO NOT TOUCH ANY BUTTONS AS IT REBOOTS, even if it asks questions.  

It could take up to five minutes to complete.  

If this fails, reboot again, NOT TOUCHING ANY BUTTONS as it reconfigures.

Transfer procedures  

Press transfer,  dial extension,  then press the blue soft key that displays “dial”

--speak with the person you are transferring the call to,

explain the call, and ask the person if it is okay for you to transfer the call to them.

Then press transfer, one more time, to finish the transfer of the call.

Blind Transfer

Press transfer, dial extension, press transfer.

Placing a caller on hold

using the bottom right black hold key.  To resume the call, use the blue soft key, just below the display, that displays "Resume".

Answer a second call, with the first caller on hold

Use the up and down arrow keys to choose the call you wish to answer.  Then, press the blue soft key that displays, "Answer".

You can arrow key, between answered calls, placing them on hold.

Choose  the blue soft keyresume” when at the highlighted/chosen call.
